At Hiphaven, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong Size – If the size delivered does not match your order
  • Damaged or Defective Product – If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect

We do not accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind or color preference.

2. Unboxing Video – Mandatory

An unboxing video is compulsory for all return or exchange requests. Without a clear unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening the package, we will not be able to process your return or refund. Please ensure you record a continuous video from the moment you open the package.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return (size issue or damage)
  • Clear unboxing video showing the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

4. Refund Policy

All approved refunds will be credited as Hiphaven store credit, which can be used for your next purchase on our store. No cash refunds will be issued.

Store credit will be added to your Hiphaven account within 5-7 business days after the return is approved and the item is received by us.

5. Conditions for Return

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags intact
  • Accompanied by a valid unboxing video

6. Non-Returnable Cases

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Item has been used, washed, or altered
  • Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind or color dissatisfaction

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrectly sent by us.
