HipHaven Refund & Return Policy

At HipHaven, we value your trust and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info.hiphaveanclothing@gmail.com with your order number.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We currently offer size and defect exchanges only.

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Clearance or sale items.

Customized or personalized products.

Items damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After processing/shipping, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


6. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your safety.
