HipHaven Shipping Policy

At HipHaven, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship across India using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on your location).

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A flat rate of ₹80 applies for orders below ₹999.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling fee of ₹40

5. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. (Coming soon!)

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking link shared after dispatch.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of shipping, please contact us.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will assist you in resolving any shipping issues.

8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. HipHaven is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
